    Owner caused us a lot of stress when we were cutting it close to closing time. I stopped on the motorway to make a phonecall to inform them of the traffic (roadwroks and an accident) but that we headed straight to them. I was told we had to make it on stated time. I phoned again minutes away to say we were just around the corner, to please not close. I was stressed by this time, after 6 hrs driving and being told how strict they were. Rather than being told - of course, we wouldn't close as you're practically here - I was told "Well, hopefully you'll make it." Unbelievable. Cold and aloof woman who had no sense of being reasonable. Never again.
